We highly recommend this jewel of a boutique hotel! The room is situated in the midst of all the activities for an easy walk to everything!! Clean, fresh and nicely appointed, we will be staying at Salinity again and again!! Marina Room #2 is a corner room with two sets of windows onto the water/marina. Thank You Salinity for making our Valentine's getaway all the more special.

The rooms were very beautiful and clean. The room had a coffee bar in it and a small refrigerator in microwave. They had showered dispensers for hair , shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There was shopping nearby and places to eat and bars. We Had a wonderful stay there. The pier was right across the road from our rooms. Some of the rooms had a golf view , and some of them had a marine view. A tram had a number in a name. You could pick out which room you like on their website. Easy check in kayla's entry.

Great location with large rooms overlooking the fishing pier and gulf. It's a little different that everything is remotely managed, a bit like a VRBO or AirBnB. However, communication was very good. Convenient walking to several good restaurants. Also, parking wasn't an issue, though it might be during the busy station. Interested in going back sometime when we have more time to enjoy the location.

We stayed in Room 9 which gave us a wonderful view of a spectacular sunset. I was surprised that there was no human employee onsite and that we had to walk up 18 steps to get to the motel. My wife was not surprised because she reads the fine print. Room was squeaky clean, large and modern. Wish there was a second easy chair and more blankets. The electronic communication was not great. You cannot speak with a live person - if you ask a question they send you a text and email with links to their website which does not save the question and answer. Salinity tried to make me pay an extra $16 for arriving an hour early, but when I got the bill the extra charge was not there, so I can't complain. Had some good chicken and ice cream below the hotel. Good coffee at 1842 Cafe. Would happily stay there again.

After getting this recommendation from a store worker, we were able to secure a room overlooking the Gulf. Room was nice. Could use shelves, etc. for toiletries, etc. We had to go next door to a store and that young lady was so helpful in securing the room and with all the questions that we had. We had never had the experience of that method of booking. She should be paid by the owners of the rooms. But the room and accommodations are very nice and in a good location. We came in in January which is a low season for them, so there was not a lot open for tourists at that point. Would recommend.

i booked here based on reviews and location. You book online, check in onlinene, and receive a lock code prior to your arrival time. It is easy and convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Small coffee bar and refrigerator. The bath has a nice decently strong showerhead, and mounted hair and body soaps/conditioner. Located overlooking the pier. A couple of restaurants and bars are within waking distance.

My husband and I stayed in the sunset room overlooking the Gulf (room 10). It was lovely and we look forward to returning! The room had a beautiful view of the morning colors and the evening sunset. It was clean, very comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. It had an extremely comfortable reclining loveseat, which faced the Gulf. Be aware that you will need to walk up one flight of stairs with your luggage, which was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend Salinity!
